1. Download the MEP-Reader from HERE
2. Connect the Blackberry phone to computer using the original USB cable
3. Start the Blackberry Logger
4. Click “Read Blackberry Handset Info”

NOTE: you should install the latest version of Blackberry Desktop Software or you can get only the DRIVERS HERE
